Job description
PM Pediatrics is seeking a Clinical Operating Director in a hybrid NY-area role. You will own day-to-day clinical operations for a state-based pod serving thousands of children and adolescents, ensuring utilization targets, access, and intake workflows while maintaining supervision duties.
You will lead a 30–50 clinician team, drive program growth, and pilot innovative clinical initiatives, reporting to senior leadership.
