Job description
NRG MANAGEMENT in Bridgeton, MO seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical services for a substance use disorder treatment facility. You will guide detox, residential, and outpatient care, ensuring ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered practices.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and medical team to maintain regulatory compliance, support staff development, and drive positive patient outcomes in a structured, therapeutic setting. Onsite, full-time, Mon–Fri.
