Job description
Nexus Family Healing in Onamia, MN is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee trauma-informed care and supervise the clinical programming across our residential treatment site. The role leads program management, policy, and compliance to support youth aged 10-19 facing significant mental health challenges.
You will guide admission/discharge criteria, manage budgets in the clinical area, ensure safety policies are followed, and work with a diverse team to promote culturally responsive care.
