Job description
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services is seeking a Clinical Director for Lake Burien Transitional Care Facility to lead clinical services for youth with complex needs. You will supervise psychology staff, ensure evidence-based practices, and collaborate across medical, nursing, and milieu teams.
You will guide program development, coordinate care, and help meet regulatory requirements while maintaining ethical standards and a focus on quality improvement across the campus.
