Job description
AdventHealth in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist to educate care teams on documentation regulations and to collaborate with physicians for accurate, complete clinical records.
You will review records for SOI/ROM and quality, perform timely follow-ups, and input data into CDI software to drive metrics. A strong nursing background and ICD coding familiarity are essential.
