Care Synergy has an immediate opening for a Clinical Educator to join our team in the Denver Metro Area!

Position Details
Location: Denver Metro Area
Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $85,841–$97,073 annually
Supplemental Pay: Depending on position, schedule, and/or availability; paid mileage, shift differentials, and stipends may apply
License: RN license required

Make an Impact Every Day
As a Clinical Educator , you’ll play a key role in developing our clinical workforce and strengthening the quality of care we provide across the enterprise. You’ll have the opportunity to: Develop and deliver engaging clinical education for staff in one-on-one and group settings
Partner with the Director of Education to develop learning strategies that meet the needs of adult learners
Assess clinical education and training needs across the organization
Design, develop, implement, and evaluate education initiatives
Create innovative blended learning experiences, including instructor-led training, web-based learning, videos, self-study, simulations, games, role-play, and instructional materials
Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop meaningful orientation and professional development programs
Create clear instructional goals and engaging content that helps clinicians build knowledge and proficiency
Develop scalable learning experiences for a mobile clinical workforce
Create engaging activities that improve knowledge retention and application in practice
Gather learner and subject matter expert feedback to continuously improve curriculum
Coordinate and facilitate education programs for both small and large audiences
Create and facilitate simulation labs that build clinical confidence and enhance the patient and family experience
Mentor and train clinical nurses in clinical practice, responsibilities, EMR systems, and documentation
Incorporate documentation standards into learning strategies
Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and initiatives
Serve as a trusted clinical resource for questions, procedures, and best practices
What We’re Going to Love About You Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Colorado RN license required
BSN preferred, or RN with equivalent years of experience
Three (3) years of nursing experience strongly preferred
Hospice, palliative care, and/or home health nursing experience preferred
Two (2) years in an education role—such as mentor, preceptor, or clinical educator—preferred
CHPN certification preferred
Current CPR certification
Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently educate and engage clinicians in both small- and large-group settings
Requires 50% travel to Affiliate locations throughout the Front Range.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift/push/pull minimum of 30 lbs.
