Job description
Sonoma Specialty Hospital in Sebastopol, CA is seeking a Clinical Educator to develop and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff, strengthening the workforce through evidence-based practice.
You will design education programs, conduct needs assessments, and support nursing orientation and continuing education. Requires CA RN license; BSN and educator certifications are preferred, with advanced degrees a plus.
