Job description
UT Health East Texas seeks a Clinical Educator – Medical/Surgical ICU RN to advance nursing practice across high-acuity units. In this role, you will design and deliver evidence-based education, support onboarding and competency validation, and provide real-time bedside coaching for Med/Surg and ICU nurses. You will collaborate with leaders to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
