Job description
The New York Genome Center (NYGC) in New York, NY, seeks an Associate Director or Director to lead interpretation and reporting of Exome/Genome Sequencing data in a high-volume clinical laboratory. You will develop and validate new NGS-based tests, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership to integrate genome sequencing into medical practice, ensuring ACMG/GlinGen and AMP guideline adherence.
