Job description
Stanford Children’s Health | Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford is seeking a dedicated Navigator to review clinical grievances and coordinate patient support. This role requires RN licensure, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to liaise with medical teams, patients and families to resolve issues and improve patient experience.
You will work within Navigation Services, handling inquiries, coordinating care coordination, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and CMS
