Job description
University of Utah Health seeks a clinical pharmacist to implement medication therapy, ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient treatment, and participate in the drug distribution process. You will monitor therapy and provide drug information to patients and providers as part of a collaborative care team.
The role requires a PharmD or MS with strong communication and computer skills, and eligibility for Utah licensure, including time-limited licenses during emergencies.
