Job description
ChristianaCare is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct clinical pharmacy services, optimize medication therapy, and support safe, evidence-based patient care across our integrated health system. Responsibilities include order verification, therapeutic drug monitoring, antimicrobial stewardship, and participation in interdisciplinary rounds. You will educate patients and providers, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to ChristianaCare’s mission of compassionate, innovative, and equitable care for our diverse communities.
