Job description
UW Medicine seeks a Chief Health Informatics Officer to lead clinical informatics strategy and optimize Epic and other healthcare systems. This role ensures safety, compliance, and data-driven care across inpatient, ambulatory, and specialty services.
The CHIO will maintain an active clinical practice (10–20% FTE) to stay grounded in frontline workflows while collaborating with the CIO, CMO, and clinical leaders to advance AI-enabled tools and equitable care.
