Florida Woman Care Laboratory is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations across chemistry, immunoassay, infectious disease, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank subspecialties in the Tampa area. The role includes ensuring compliance with CAP and accreditation standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in CLS/MT, 2+ years supervisory experience, and MLS/MT certification preferred. Be prepared to lead a team and maintain high-quality laboratory performance.
