Job description
Clinton Hospital Authority is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the entire laboratory operations, QC, calibration, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will write SOPs, validate new tests, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.
The role requires 3+ years of clinical lab experience, a Bachelor's in medical technology or related field, and professional certification (ASCP or AMT). Strong leadership and quality control skills are essential.
