Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare in Cottonwood, AZ, seeks a Laboratory General Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Clinical Laboratory across blood bank, chemistry, coagulation, hematology, microbiology, molecular and urinalysis.
You will oversee staff, ensure adherence to quality assurance, safety and accreditation standards (CAP, CLIA, DNV), collaborate with other departments, and drive cost containment while maintaining excellent patient care.
