Job description
Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Inc. is seeking a laboratory operations leader to manage daily lab activities, staffing, workflow, QA, safety and regulatory compliance.
This role ensures readiness for Joint Commission, FACT reviews and CLIA inspections while guiding clinical trial coordination and staff training. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Laboratory Sciences, ASCP credentials preferred, and 5–7 years of lab experience with proven leadership in a hospital CLIA setting.
