Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare's Laboratory General Supervisor leads daily operations of the Clinical Laboratory across blood bank, chemistry, coagulation, hematology, microbiology, molecular and urinalysis, ensuring patient-focused care and cost containment. The role supervises MLS/MT staff, develops staff, and drives quality and safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.
