Job description
Norman Regional Health System seeks an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist 4 to perform complex diagnostic testing supporting patient care across our multi-campus system. In this senior role, you will validate and interpret results, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and serve as a resource for physicians and nursing staff. You will mentor junior team members, assist with process improvement, and uphold safety and infection-control standards in a fast-paced, patient-centered lab committed to community health.
