Job description
A healthcare organization South of Atlanta, Georgia is looking for a Clinical Lab Supervisor with strong blood bank experience.
Position Highlights Oversee day-to-day clinical laboratory operations
Provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to laboratory staff
Ensure quality, regulatory, accreditation, and competency standards are met
Coordinate staff training, orientation, and competency testing
Monitor laboratory quality indicators and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with other laboratory leaders across the organization
What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent
MLS (ASCP) or MT (ASCP) certification, or equivalent
3+ years of technical laboratory experience
Blood bank experience required
Previous leadership experience preferred
5+ years of blood bank experience preferred
Familiarity with CAP and other laboratory regulatory requirements
