Job description
Piedmont Healthcare in Macon, Georgia is seeking a Laboratory Operations Lead to oversee all aspects of operation within the assigned laboratory team. Responsibilities include maintaining records, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hospital experience and a Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science or a related field. Certification from ASCP or similar is required upon hire.
