* Monitor, calibrate, and verify complex laboratory instrumentation function, meticulously documenting routine preventive maintenance (PM), component replacements, and technical repairs.

* Actively participate in laboratory proficiency testing activities and help evaluate new methodologies for precision.

Critical Communication & Collaboration

* Immediately identify and execute mandatory notifications for "Critical Test Values," communicating precisely and swiftly with physicians, clinic offices, and nursing units.

* Collaborate closely with supervisors, pathologists, and interdisciplinary hospital staff regarding blood bank and tissue services.

* Help onboard, train, and orient incoming technical staff on standard operating procedures.
