Help our clinical team thrive.NC Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an experienced, hands-on Dental Clinical Lead to guide our clinical team and support the delivery of exceptional, efficient, and compassionate pediatric dental care. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident dental professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving clinical systems, and leading by example in a fast-paced practice.About the RoleAs Dental Clinical Lead, you will oversee day-to-day clinical workflow, coach and support dental assistants and other clinical team members, and help maintain the highest standards of safety, organization, and patient experience.
