Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Clinical Lead Hospital Medicine to guide high-quality inpatient care across our hospital network. In this role, you will oversee daily hospital medicine operations, support and mentor hospitalists and advanced practice providers, and champion evidence-based practice. The Clinical Lead collaborates closely with nursing, case management, and specialty teams to optimize patient flow, safety, and outcomes. You will drive quality improvement, standardize clinical protocols, and foster a culture of teamwork, compassion, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.
