Job description
RADIAS Health in Minnesota is hiring a Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner to oversee a four-resident RSS group home and provide clinical direction to frontline staff.
In this role you will coordinate client care, update treatment and crisis plans, lead weekly house meetings, supervise staff, and administer medications under nursing supervision to promote recovery and community integration for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
