Job description
Harbor Health, a new multi-specialty clinic group in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Clinical Lead Medical Assistant. You will mentor MA staff, oversee MA workflows, and coordinate with providers to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic.
This role requires a CMA certification (or ability to renew), CPR, and at least 4 years of primary care experience, including supervisory duties. Strong leadership and communication across diverse teams are essential.
