Job description
OhioHealth is seeking a Nurse Leader to guide the EMS Critical Care Medical Transport program. This role provides clinical leadership, coordinates program design, development, implementation and evaluation, and partners with department leaders to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
The RN will supervise interdisciplinary teams, manage staffing, and uphold safety and efficiency standards within a high reliability framework.
