Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide and direct all aspects of patient care in a skilled facility. You will evaluate residents, plan and implement treatments, document progress, and educate staff and families about outcomes.
The role requires current PT licensure, CPR, Medicare payor knowledge, and preference for long-term care experience. Strong communication and professionalism are essential in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
