Job description
Thriving Center of Psychology is a group practice of licensed mental health professionals seeking a Clinical Lead Psychologist to lead a small pod, strengthen clinical quality, and promote operational consistency while continuing meaningful clinical work.
You will maintain an active caseload, provide supervision and mentorship, help with scheduling and documentation, onboard new clinicians, and collaborate with Clinical Managers on quality initiatives.
