Job description
Northwell Health seeks a Clinical Lead RN to guide day-to-day nursing operations in our Gastroenterology department serving Carmel and Rhinebeck, NY. In this patient-first role, you will coordinate GI nursing care, oversee endoscopy and related procedures, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, support scheduling and workflow, and collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and interdisciplinary teams.
