Job description
Atrium Health seeks a Nurse Leader to provide clinical leadership and coordinate patient care on the unit, with emphasis on throughput and safe discharge planning. The role serves as charge nurse and operational leader for patient flow when not in administrative duties, guiding staff, communicating care plans, and ensuring responsive care to patient and family needs.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Georgia RN license required; 6 months+ clinical nurse experience; 2+ years as charge
