Job description
Decatur Morgan Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the healthcare team through assessment, planning, and execution of individualized care. You will collaborate with physicians and team members to promote optimal health, while adhering to evidence-based practice and hospital policies.
The RN will educate patients and families, participate in rounds, and ensure safe, compassionate care across all patient ages.
