Clinical Liaison (Marketing)We are seeking a dynamic and clinically experienced Clinical Liaison (Marketing) to join our growing, forward-thinking organization serving the Litchfield area. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building partnerships and driving census growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providersReview referrals and clinical records to determine admission eligibilityConduct pre-admission clinical assessments and evaluate patient needsCollaborate with internal clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth transitions of careSupport strategic census development initiativesQualifications:Clinical background (RN, LPN, or related healthcare credential preferred)Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or home healthStrong understanding of referral processes and payer sourcesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage a territoryThis is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and expanding organization that values clinical excellence and professional growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.Right Equal Opportunity Employer
