Renewed Perspectives Wellness is seeking dedicated, compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our clinical team. Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Perspectives Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individual clients, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns.
Utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and more.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our community health clinic to create comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitoring and assessing clients' progress, providing feedback and adjustments to therapeutic approaches as needed.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system.
Participating in weekly supervision meetings for continuous learning and support from experienced colleagues.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and face a myriad of issues, including but not limited to:
Substance abuse and dependency (e.G., alcohol and drugs)
Physical and psychological abuse trauma
Grief and loss experiences, affecting individuals and families
Conflict resolution among family members, including sibling disputes
Challenges related to blended families and the dynamics of remarriage
Adjustment issues surrounding separation and divorce, including co-parenting strategies
Communication difficulties and relationship enhancement
Qualifications
The ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:
Current active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Preferred Experience
To enhance our team, we prefer candidates with:
Experience working in a community health setting.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation.
A flexible schedule, with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
A strong desire to contribute to a culture of ongoing professional growth and development.
Compensation and Benefits
At Renewed Perspectives Wellness, we believe in rewarding our dedicated therapists fairly. We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
