\ N At Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento , we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.
\ N Job Summary:
\ NThe Clinical Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas -including OR and Pre-OP/PostOp- and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Manager - Endoscopy will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
\ N Salary Range: $124,800 - $146,600 annual depending on experience

Required Skills: \ N
Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
\ N Current license as a CARegistered Nurse
\ N 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy or critical care. Endoscopy and/or outpatient surgery experience preferred
\ N Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
\ N Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others
\ N The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position
\ N Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS accredited by AHA (you can PALS within 3 months of start date)
