Fairview Range is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Hibbing Home Care and Hospice team to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
The role provides leadership and supervision to interdisciplinary clinical staff, collaborates with physicians and community partners, and drives performance improvements while maintaining regulatory standards. Experience in Home Care/Hospice and an RN license are required.
