Job description
The VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee home health, hospice, and rehabilitation services, supervising nurses and therapists, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead clinical policies, coordinate with medical directors, manage staffing and training, and monitor quality metrics to improve patient outcomes.
