Job description
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Medical Surgical at HCA Healthcare, you’ll coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy Med-Surg unit. You will oversee daily clinical operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, discharge coordination, quality and safety monitoring, and participation in process improvement.
