Job description
Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Mental Health Professional to deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy for diverse patients in an integrated, team-based setting. You will conduct intake evaluations, develop and monitor treatment plans, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and coordinate care with medical and behavioral health teams. Responsibilities include timely EMR documentation, participation in case conferences, crisis and suicide-risk assessment, and contribution to quality and population-health initiatives.
