Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) with a focus on patient care, assessment, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.
Developing and documenting individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development activities.
Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient values and barriers.
Contributing to a healing environment through patient and family-centered care.
Qualifications And Skills
Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Less than 2 years of clinical experience; ICU or critical care experience is a plus.
Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
