Job description
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards.
Responsibilities:
Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; RN licensure required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and ≥2 years of experience preferred.
Experience in oncology or critical care is a plus.
Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.
Additional Information:
Eligible for sign-on bonus.
Located in a specialized outpatient clinic with a focus on cancer care and infusion services.
Participates in rotating shifts, including days and nights, with weekend rotations.
