Job description
Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Surgical Trauma ICU (STICU). In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate daily unit operations, support bedside nurses, and serve as a clinical resource for high-acuity trauma and surgical patients. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to drive quality, safety, and evidence-based practice. The CNC supports staff education, onboarding, and performance improvement while fostering a culture of teamwork, compassion, and patient-centered care within a leading regional health system.
