Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Medical Surgical unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care on the unit, serve as a clinical resource, and support evidence-based nursing practice. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, supervising and mentoring staff, assisting with complex clinical care, ensuring compliance with policies, and promoting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support staff education and professional development, and help drive performance improvement in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
