Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our PICU. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, support PICU nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based pediatric critical care standards. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, overseeing daily clinical operations, mentoring staff, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will monitor quality and safety metrics, support family-centered care, and participate in education, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
