Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN for our Surgical/Med Surg unit. In this leadership role, you’ll balance hands-on bedside care with coordinating daily unit operations, patient flow, and staff assignments. You’ll serve as a clinical resource, mentor nurses, support orientation and education, and help drive quality and patient safety initiatives. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll ensure compassionate, evidence-based care and strong communication with patients and families in a mission-driven environment.
