Job description
TriStar Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU RN to lead patient care on our progressive care unit. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver evidence-based nursing care, supervise and mentor staff, support safe transitions of care, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You will monitor clinical outcomes, uphold quality and safety standards, support patient and family education, and participate in process improvement.
