Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN for OR Surgical Services. In this role, you’ll coordinate perioperative care, manage patient flow, and serve as a clinical resource for nursing and surgical teams. You will support staff scheduling, orientation, and ongoing education while promoting evidence-based practice and patient safety. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary partners, you will help drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and an excellent patient experience in a compassionate, learning-focused environment.
