Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Pediatrics Med Surg unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based practice for pediatric patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, overseeing daily workflows, mentoring staff, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will help drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives while supporting family-centered care, clinical education, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
