Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Pediatrics Med Surg unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based pediatric practice. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, overseeing admissions/discharges, and guiding staff in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, mentor and educate nurses, assist with quality and safety initiatives, and help optimize workflows while upholding our patient-centered, compassionate culture.
