Job description
Fairview Park Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Rehab Unit to lead patient-centered, evidence-based care. This role oversees daily unit operations, coordinates complex rehab plans with an interdisciplinary team, and supports safe transitions of care. The Coordinator supervises and mentors nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality and safety initiatives. You’ll educate patients and families, optimize workflows, and champion best practices while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment serving the Central Georgia community.
